Replace windshield wipers
In general, windshield wiper blades should be replaced every six months to ensure that they’re functioning how they should be. We all know that when it comes to windshield wipers, they take a beating in the brutal cold, and horrible snowy and icy weather. Before all of the rain of spring begins, you want to make sure that you have windshield wipers that will be able to ensure that you can see, no matter how bad of a rainstorm has arrived. Your safety is important, and replacing your windshield wipers is a quick and easy way to maintain visibility.
Let’s just say, your vehicle has probably looked better than it will right after winter has finally come to a close. Whether it’s salt or sand, there’s likely a layer of something that you will want to remove. You can do so by going to a car wash, or doing it at home! The major point here is that you need to make sure that the undercarriage of your vehicle is being thoroughly washed, too. And remember, rain does not count as a car wash, and you should only ever use car-oriented cleaning products.
Now that the exterior of your vehicle has been taken care of (we recommend throwing a wax in there, too), it’s time to focus on the interior. The first step is to remove all of the trash, including those receipts that you just throw on the passenger side floor because it’s convenient. Whether you add organization to the rear seatbacks, or you do more with the trunk, you’ll want to figure out the best way to keep your family on top of everything, but keep your vehicle looking fresh, no matter the time of year.
