FCE US LLC Brands Win Strategic Vision Awards

At Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM, we love sharing news about the award-winning vehicles we offer. On that note, several of our models just brought home an award based on the feedback from real drivers and we have a feeling you won’t want to miss this. When it comes to the tech, comfort, and performance in today’s vehicle market, we’ve got plenty of options for you.

Thanks to the Strategic Vision’s 24th Annual Total Quality Impact (TQI) Report, based on their New Vehicle Experience Study, the Dodge brand was named best mass-market brand in total quality. The report looks at both the driver’s rational evaluation of quality, as well as perceived quality on an emotional level. This means it’s not just about how functional the vehicle is, it’s also about how you feel when you’re driving.

Some individual vehicles in our lineup gained awards as well. The Dodge Durango, for example, lead the mid-size SUV segment in total quality, for the fifth time in only six years. The Jeep Renegade, on the other hand, took home the award for best-in-class entry SUV. Another award-winner in the Chrysler FIAT US, LLC family was the RAM 2500/3500 bringing home the total quality win for heavy duty pickup trucks.

“TQI shows how people feel about their vehicles in their own words, which reveal valuable recommendations for future products,” says Chris Chaney, Senior Vice President at Strategic Vision. “From how customers are advocating about their products, automotive manufacturers can know where the future of the U.S. market is going.”
