Can you go into detail about the safety package?
Sure, can! There are more than 70 safety and security options available for you to equip your Jeep Compass within the advanced safety and security suite! Full-speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking, ParkSense rear park assist with rear stop, LaneSense Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist help make sure you are aware of surrounding vehicles and obstacles that can be hard to see in your blind spots, or while you are parking! Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection systems help you stay safe while driving on the highway and will warn you audibly and visually if a car is approaching from behind or beside you in the next lane, as well as adjust your speed to keep you at a set distance from the vehicle in front of you. Both the Limited and Trailhawk come standard with the full safety and security suite, while the Sport and Latitude both have the option of adding it!
What details can you give me about the different trim levels?
As you know, the 2021 Jeep Compass is available in four different trim levels, starting with the Sport. The Sport is equipped with automatic dual-zone temperature control, first-and-second row USB ports, and a 60/40-split rear bench seat, making it very accommodating to all passengers in the car! It comes standard with a 7-inch touch screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto that connects to a six-speaker sound system! Next up is the Latitude which also comes outfitted with a 7-inch touchscreen and the same infotainment system, however, you’ll also get keyless ignition and entry, satellite radio, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. On the exterior of the Latitude, you’ll find roof rails, automatic headlights, foglights, and alloy wheels! The third trim is the Limited, which is fully equipped with the advanced safety and security suite, remote engine start technology, heated front seats and steering wheel, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and premium leather upholstery. The final trim is the Trailhawk, a close mate to the Limited however it was made to be more off-road ready, adding features like underbody skid plates, a raised suspension, red tow hooks, off-road tires, hill descent control, and a more aggressive front and rear look.
Can you tell me more about what makes the Trailhawk off-road ready?
The Trailhawk has a raised ride height of close to one inch, and delivers best-in-class Trail Rated performance, like the standard Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 20:1 crawl ratio, and up to 2,000-lb towing capacity with AWD. To protect the exterior from uneven and rougher terrain, the Trailhawk is equipped with skid plates, aggressive off-road tires, and has the ability for up to 19 inches of water fording! And let’s not forget about that Jeep signature look of the front and rear red tow hooks! If you are looking for a vehicle that can take your family from the highway to the city, to the mountains, and across rivers, all without sacrificing comfort and luxury, this is the SUV for you!
